Textbooks – new and used – may be returned for a full refund during the first two weeks of the beginning of each term. Providing the books are in original condition and are accompanied by the original sales receipt with a purchase date that is within (30) calendar days of the start of each term. Returns will be granted the third week of classes providing; a valid drop slip is presented, the books are in the original condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt with a purchase date that is within (30) calendar days of the start of each term. Shipping will not be refunded for textbooks ordered through the website. All textbooks will be returned to the bookstore in the original condition at no expense to the bookstore.
Shrink wrapped materials, course packs and opened key codes are non-returnable.
